How catering works

Catering runs on days and notice, not on what happens to be on a shelf.

Pick the day first
Every tray is made on certain weekdays. Setting the day at the top of the page filters the whole site to what can actually be made then — nothing is offered that the kitchen cannot cook.

Each dish asks for its own notice
Some things are same-day; others want a day or two. A dish can even differ by weekday — same-day on Thursday, a day's notice on Monday. Each one says so under its name.

It goes in your normal cart
Catering sits in the same basket as your groceries, and each catering line carries the day it's needed for. Buy challah and a cholent pan in one order.

We check again at checkout
If a cart sits overnight and a cutoff passes, checkout tells you before you pay rather than after. You can move the day or drop the line.
