1-Cook the gnocchi: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top (about 2–3 minutes). Drain and set aside. 2- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re browned and tender. 3- Add gnocchi to skillet: Add the cooked gnocchi to the mushrooms in the skillet. Sauté together for 2–3 minutes until gnocchi are lightly golden. 4-Season and serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
