This easy and comforting stuffed shells recipe uses just five simple ingredients to deliver maximum flavor with minimal effort. Tender jumbo pasta shells are filled with a creamy ricotta and mozzarella blend, nestled in rich marinara sauce, and topped with bubbly, golden cheese. A comforting classic that’s easy to throw together and hard to resist.

Cook the shells: Boil jumbo pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and let them cool slightly.
Make the filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and half the Parmesan until well combined.
Stuff the shells: Spoon the cheese mixture into each shell.
Assemble the dish: Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells on top. Pour the remaining sauce over them, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
