These pizza dough roll-ups are soft, chewy, and packed with gooey cheese and tangy marinara sauce, spiraled perfectly into bite-sized pinwheels. They bake up golden and bubbly, making them a fun appetizer or easy meal that everyone loves. Ready in about 30 minutes!

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 12x10 inches.
Spread cream cheese evenly over the dough (skip if you want just marinara). Then spread marinara sauce over the cream cheese (or directly on dough if no cream cheese).
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top. Then sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over everything.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log shape, pinching the seam to seal.
Slice the log into 1-inch thick rounds and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping if you like!
