The easiest little Pesach treat-no baking, simple ingredients, and that perfect chocolatey bite. Keep these in your freezer all Yom Tov... they disappear fast.

Mix ingredients to form dough, place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Melt chocolate using a double boiler. If using silicone molds, coat the molds with the melted chocolate then add the chilled dough pressing it in and remove the excess. If not using molds roll the dough into bite size balls then coat in chocolate. Place in the freezer to set for 1 hour. Enjoy!
