These pizza bombs are soft, cheesy bites with a hidden veggie twist — using frozen spinach makes it super easy to sneak in greens. They’re kid-friendly, made with whole wheat dough, and perfect for a fun dinner or snack.

Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prep Spinach: Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out as much water as possible. Chop finely if needed.
Divide Dough: Cut pizza dough into 8–10 equal pieces and flatten each into a small circle (about 3–4 inches).
Fill: On each circle, place about: 1 teaspoon marinara sauce 1–2 teaspoons chopped spinach 1 tablespoon cottage cheese 1 teaspoon shredded cheese (optional)yes
Seal: Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to close completely.
Brush: Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly, then serve with warm marinara for dipping.
