This Maple Dijon Salmon is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory — made with just 5 simple ingredients. A rich glaze of maple syrup (or honey), Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice caramelizes beautifully as the salmon bakes, creating a golden, flavorful crust. Whether you're using fresh or frozen fillets, this easy dinner delivers big flavor with minimal effort.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place frozen salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes to partially thaw. (If using fresh or thawed salmon, skip this step.)
Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together: Maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice
Glaze & bake: After the partial bake, brush or spoon glaze over the salmon. Return to the oven and bake for 10–12 more minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. Internal temp: 145°F (63°C). Skin side down if applicable.
Finish & serve: Spoon any leftover glaze from the pan on top before serving. Serve with a lemon wedge if you like!
