The vibrant sweetness of strawberries and the smooth tang of Greek yogurt are perfectly complemented by the toasted oat and honey flavor of a crushed granola bar. It's a quick and easy-to-make option for any time of day when you need a delicious pick-me-up.

Crush the granola bar. Place the granola bar in a sturdy zip-top bag and seal it. Use your hands, a rolling pin, or the bottom of a heavy cup to break the granola bar into small pieces and crumbs.
Combine ingredients. Add the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (if using), and roughly half of the crushed granola bar to your blender.
Blend until smooth. Secure the lid and start blending on a low speed, then gradually increase to high. Continue blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Check consistency. If the smoothie is too thick for your preference, add a splash more milk and blend again. For a thicker smoothie, add a few more frozen strawberries.
Pour and top. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle the remaining crushed granola bar pieces on top for a delightful, crunchy garnish.
